These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the b8viv platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and play on b8viv. Account holders found to be underage will be permanently suspended and balances returned.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one b8viv account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any bonuses or winnings associated with them forfeited. Identity verification is mandatory before withdrawals.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Minimum deposit is Rp 25.000. Supported payment methods include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. Maximum bet restrictions apply while bonus funds are active.
Collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, and any attempt to exploit technical errors are strictly prohibited. Violation results in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and b8viv. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of any third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. b8viv accepts no liability for any unauthorised use of the Platform by third parties acting outside the scope of these Terms.
These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and b8viv relating to the subject matter hereof, whether oral or written.
To register and maintain an Account on b8viv, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
b8viv reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within seven (7) days of a request may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Where b8viv has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member does not meet the eligibility criteria, b8viv reserves the right to close the Account, void all pending bets, and retain or return the Account balance at its sole discretion in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
To access the full features of the b8viv Platform, including placing wagers and processing withdrawals, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as prompted during the registration process.
Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details, IP addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, b8viv will suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any bonuses, free bets, or winnings accumulated across them.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point remains accurate and up to date. You must promptly notify b8viv of any change to your registered name, address, contact number, or payment details by contacting support at [email protected].
Account registration is free of charge. b8viv does not charge a fee for the creation or maintenance of a Member Account. Standard transaction fees from your bank or e-wallet provider may apply to deposits and withdrawals and are outside b8viv's control.
b8viv reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons, at its sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your Account.
b8viv strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are active will be treated as authorised by you, regardless of whether you were aware of or consented to that specific activity.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify b8viv immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. b8viv will take reasonable steps to secure your Account pending investigation, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.
b8viv will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from b8viv and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
All deposits to your b8viv Wallet are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following deposit methods are currently supported: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by b8viv, although your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction limits.
Deposits are generally credited to your Wallet within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. Where a deposit does not appear within thirty (30) minutes, you should contact b8viv support and provide your payment reference number so the transaction can be manually verified.
b8viv only accepts deposits made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — accounts belonging to another individual — will be reversed and may result in Account suspension. This requirement applies equally to bank transfers and e-wallet payments.
b8viv does not charge a fee on deposits. Any processing fee levied by your bank or e-wallet provider is the responsibility of the Member.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and verified under your b8viv Account. b8viv does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Prior to processing your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued identity document (Indonesian National ID — KTP, or equivalent) and, where required, proof of payment method ownership. KYC documents are reviewed within one (1) to two (2) business days in most cases.
Once KYC verification is approved, withdrawals to local Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional security checks are required.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. b8viv reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request that triggers its anti-money-laundering or fraud detection protocols before processing.
Where a Member's Account holds active Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement, the portion of the Wallet attributable to Bonus Funds will not be available for withdrawal until the Wagering Requirement is met in full.
b8viv offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the offer, and those specific terms are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all b8viv promotions:
Promotional bonuses are credited in IDR and are non-transferable. They have no cash value until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full.
All wagers placed on b8viv — whether on sportsbook markets, live casino tables, slot games, scratch card products, or live blackjack — are subject to the rules of the relevant game or market, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between the general rules in these Terms and the game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that specific wager.
b8viv's sportsbook accepts mix parlay (accumulator) bets across a wide range of markets, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, La Liga, Serie A, and Bundesliga fixtures, as well as all Timnas Indonesia international matches. Asian handicap (locally referred to as voor bola) odds are available across all major markets. Market-specific rules, including void conditions and settlement procedures, are published within the sportsbook product.
All bets are accepted at b8viv's discretion. b8viv reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in error, in breach of these Terms, or in circumstances that compromise the integrity of the market concerned.
In the event of an obvious pricing error ("palpable error"), b8viv reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes, regardless of the quoted odds at the time of placement.
Winnings will be credited to your Wallet following the settlement of the relevant event or game round. Settlement times vary by product; sportsbook markets are typically settled within two (2) hours of the conclusion of the relevant event.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the b8viv Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in further action:
b8viv's fraud and security team monitors account activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is identified, b8viv will act without prior notice and reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
All content on the b8viv Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, typography, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of b8viv or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of b8viv.
Game content available on the Platform is licensed from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others. All rights in that content are reserved by the respective rights holders.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b8viv excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — express or implied — in relation to the Platform and its services, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Where b8viv's liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the total amount deposited by you into your b8viv Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits b8viv's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
b8viv collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at /privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
b8viv uses your personal data to verify your identity, process transactions, provide customer support, detect fraud, comply with legal obligations, and — where you have opted in — send promotional communications. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by b8viv, subject to b8viv's legal obligations to retain certain data for KYC, anti-money-laundering, and regulatory compliance purposes. Requests should be submitted to [email protected].

Where changes are material, b8viv will provide reasonable advance notice by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to your registered email address, no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account by contacting support.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the current version of these Terms was published. Previous versions of these Terms are available upon request from [email protected].
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally accepted principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operations. b8viv operates as an internationally licensed platform serving Indonesian players.
In the event of a dispute between you and b8viv arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the use of the Platform, or any transaction conducted on the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. b8viv will acknowledge all formal complaints within two (2) business days and endeavour to provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the complaint being submitted, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.
Disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims raised outside this window may be declined at b8viv's discretion.
