Following the expiry of the applicable retention period, your Personal Data will be securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be attributed to you. Where anonymisation is used, the resulting aggregate data may be retained indefinitely for statistical purposes.

Please note that where you request deletion of your Account before the minimum retention period has elapsed, b8viv is required to retain certain categories of data (particularly KYC and Transaction Data) for the full retention period, regardless of the Account closure, in order to satisfy its legal obligations.

While b8viv takes every reasonable precaution to protect your data, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own Account credentials and should contact b8viv support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

b8viv uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to ensure the Platform functions correctly, to maintain your session state, and to gather aggregate analytics that help us improve the user experience. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioural tracking networks.

The types of cookies used on the b8viv Platform are as follows:

The "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version was published.
